- For all-day comfort: the Jersey Luna and Jersey Wendy Cheongsams are soft stretchy cotton-blend jersey.
- For twirling: the Twirly Cheongsam has a gathered skirt, and the Wren Cheongsam has three layers of tulle.
- For Day 1 and family photos: the classic Cheongsam, Peony Cheongsam and Wrap Cheongsam are fully lined 100% woven cotton.

Which girls' cheongsam is the most comfortable for a full day of CNY visiting?
Choose the Jersey Luna Cheongsam (S$74.90, 3Y to 14Y). It is soft cotton-blend jersey with stretch, a gathered waist and side pockets, and it has a loose fit. If she prefers sleeves, the Jersey Wendy Cheongsam (S$76.90, 4Y to 14Y) is the same comfort in an A-line cut with short sleeves.
Which cheongsam should I choose for Day 1 visiting and family photos?
For a classic look, choose the Cheongsam (S$74.90, 4Y to 14Y): straight-cut, midi length, capped sleeves, side slits for walking, double lined, in 100% woven cotton. If she loves to twirl, choose the Twirly Cheongsam (S$79.90, 3Y to 14Y) with its gathered skirt and full lining. For babies and toddlers, the Flare Cheongsam (S$59.90, 6M to 3Y) has a gathered skirt and gold piping.
How do I choose the right cheongsam size?
Loose-fit styles (Twirly, Naomi, Jersey Luna and Jersey Wendy) run true to age, so order her usual size. Fitted styles (Peony, Luna and Drop Waist) are close-fitting, so if she is between sizes, go one size up. For example, our Peony Cheongsam model is 6 years 6 months and 124 cm tall, and she wears 8Y. Every product page lists chest and length in cm, measured flat.
My tween does not want to wear a cheongsam. What else can she wear?
Pair a printed Ashley Top (S$42.90, 8Y to 16Y) or Amanda Top (S$42.90, 8Y to 14Y) with Nicole Pants (S$42.90, 6Y to 14Y), which have a ribbon detail and side pockets and are plain enough to wear after CNY. For one easy piece, the Kodi Jumpsuit (S$68.90, 8Y to 16Y) has a halter mandarin neckline and jade buttons.
