Is there a store where I can try your clothing and shoes on my little ones?
Yes! We have one store at Cluny Court, 501 Bukit Timah Road, #02-31/33, Singapore 259760 (next to the Botanic Gardens MRT station). Come visit us!
We also appear at fairs so do join our mailing list if you wish to be notified of these events.
What currency are our prices in?
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars. We do not charge tax.
What methods of payment do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my purchase?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Can I exchange my items?
Exchanges can be made on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase at The Elly Store with your receipt.
Items must have tags on, must not have been used, worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.
You may exchange for another item or opt for store credit (to be utilised within 3 months).
Can I extend the expiry date of my store credit voucher?
Store credits are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.
Do I have to use my store credits in a single transaction?
Yes. For unused store credit amount, they will not be reinstated or refunded.
Can I exchanged items purchased during your sale?
Sale items are not exchangeable. Please note that if you are buying a sale item as a gift, the recipient will not be permitted to exchange the item.
What if I have purchased a defective item?
We apologize for that! Please let us swap the item for a new piece. If there is no replacement available, we will offer a full refund.
How do I care for my Elly clothing?
We recommend hand washing with very mild detergent in cold water. Do not soak or use too much detergent when hand washing the outfits. If you wish to use the machine, use cold water and on a gentle cycle with like colours. As an added precaution, you may also place the clothes inside a laundry net before washing.
Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean. Iron on low heat. Do rinse properly and squeeze dry before hanging! If you've bought a gold foil printed item, iron on the reverse side on low heat or another fabric over it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer gift boxes for all purchases delivered via courier for an additional $4.90 - just select the option of gift wrapping upon checkout! We will select one of our gift boxes which best suits your purchase! Leave us a message which you'd like us to include in our card! If you're unable to attend a birthday party, you can still send a gift to the birthday child!
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrap for purchases sent via registered mail because it is possible the boxes may be damaged in the delivery process.

PERSONALISED GIFT BOXES
Do you offer personalised gift boxes?
Yes we do offer a special new gift box which can be customised to put baby's name or nickname (up to 9 characters)!
We specially choose a natural wooden keepsake box to be our new hamper boxes so that parents can keep this special box for their little one to inherit later. Store mementos such as their first pacifier or favourite blanket, or their first pair of shoes and pass them this treasure trove for them to discover in years to come.
When you check out, tell us baby's name with your message under "Special Instructions" and we'll include a gift card with your order!
Note that as the wood is 100% natural unfinished wood, there will be variations in the wood grain and colour. Box measures 33 x 20 x 14 cm.
Do note that these boxes are only offered online. We are unable to offer this service on the spot in-store as we need certain equipment (and skill) to carry out the personalisation process.
Why has no one responded to my queries?
We usually respond to all enquires submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days. If you do not hear from us it may be that our reply has been filtered to your spam box by your email server. Do check your spam box and try contacting us again.
There is an item that I want from your store but I am unable to add it to my shopping cart. Can I order it?
Please send us an email at email@example.com! The item may be available in-store even if it's sold out online.
