Frequently Asked Questions About Jellycats Back in Stock

What does Jellycats Back in Stock mean?

These are characters that were unavailable and have returned to stock. If you have been looking for one in particular, it is sensible to buy while it is available rather than assume it will stay for the next visit.

Is a restocked Jellycat the same size and version as before?

Check the product title, photographs and dimensions before ordering. Jellycat sometimes has similar-looking characters in different sizes or versions, so those details matter more than the name alone.

What if the Jellycat I want has not returned?

If you need a gift now, choose a related character with the same feel. For example, another bunny in a colour the child likes, or an Amuseable based on a favourite food, will usually feel more intentional than waiting without a date.

Are the Jellycats at The Elly Store authentic?

Yes. Our Jellycat soft toys come from Jellycat's official Singapore distributor and carry the official Jellycat tags and labels.

Where can I see brand-new Jellycat characters?

Newly released designs go into New Jellycats as they arrive, so it is worth checking both pages when you are looking for something the child does not already own.
