Personalised items require an additional 2–5 working days before dispatch. All shipping options above remain available once your piece is ready.
Self-collection
Free
Select your preferred collection point at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting. Orders are held at the collection point for 30 days, after which they are returned to our office. You have up to six months to collect from our office; we reserve the right to dispose of uncollected items thereafter.
Please note: if you pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay, self-collection is set as the default shipping method at checkout. If you require delivery, please switch to a courier option before completing your payment.

Good to know
Online orders cannot be collected at any of our stockists. We send one reminder after 30 days if your parcel has not been collected from your chosen point; no further reminders will be issued thereafter.
Worldwide shipping
Our courier partners
We ship international orders via FedEx; certain destinations may require an alternative courier partner, which will be confirmed alongside your tracking number. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered. Should an item be unavailable for international shipping, you will be notified at checkout.
Duties, taxes & customs
International deliveries may incur duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal of a parcel at customs, or failure to collect due to unpaid duties, will result in the order being destroyed by customs. No refund will be issued in such circumstances. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded for the original order value less S$50 to cover processing, inbound, and outbound freight costs.
Processing time
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. During sale events and festive periods, processing may extend to 5 business days — we appreciate your patience. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order, as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect details.
Public holidays
We observe all Singapore public holidays. Orders placed on or just before a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Please factor this in when selecting your shipping method, particularly for time-sensitive orders.
Order tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your parcel has been collected by our delivery partner. You may use this number to follow your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Delivery to multiple addresses
Each order is dispatched to a single address. To send gifts to different recipients, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
Personalised items
Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for us to personalise your piece before it is dispatched.
Pre-orders & partial orders
Estimated arrival dates for pre-ordered items are stated in each product description. If your order contains a pre-ordered item alongside in-stock items, your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived. Should you require any item sooner, we recommend splitting into two separate orders.
Gift packaging & gift notes
Gift wrapping is available on all products. Do add it in if you’d like your order gift wrapped. If you add a gift message, we will print a complementary gift card to accompany your order — a thoughtful touch for any occasion.

Insurance
All packages are shipped uninsured. Our liability ceases upon acceptance of the package by the post office or third-party courier. We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
