Shipping of Non-Personalised Orders
Free Standard Courier on orders over S$100 calculated after the use of discount codes (courier will take 1 - 3 business days once dispatched).
S$15 Express Courier (courier will take 1 business day).
S$4.50 Standard Courier on orders under S$100 (courier will take 1 - 3 business days once dispatched).
Shipping of Personalised Orders
Your order will take an additional 3 to 5 working days.
Self-Collection
Free Self-Collection at our retail stores and our Office. Opt for the Shipping Option and you will be able to select your Pickup option.
You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. As orders are always sent from our warehouse, please only go down after you have received our email. Orders will be kept at our retail store for 30 days, after which you'll have to email us to arrange to pick it up from our office.
You have up to 6 months to collect your order from our office. We reserve the right to dispose of your products after 6 months from the date of purchase.
Good to know: We remind customers regularly to collect their parcels from their collection point. The final reminder will be approximately 6 months from your date of purchase.

Online orders cannot be collected at any of our stockists.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship our international orders via Fedex however certain locations require us to use other courier partners. When you are provided with your tracking number, it will also advise the company we have used to send the parcel to you.
You will be able to see your shipping fee after you've keyed in your address at checkout. If your item is not available for international shipping, a message will appear notifying you of the same.
International deliveries may incur additional duties charged by the country the items are entering. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay us and you might have to pay for these additional charges in order to receive your shipment.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by us. Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information will result in a return of your original order amount less S$50 to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.
GENERAL QUERIES
1. Processing Time
We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on business days and weekend or public holiday orders will be packed and dispatched the following business day. If we are having a sale event or if it’s the festive period, our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
2. Delivery to multiple addresses
Each order will be delivered to only one address. You will have to create two orders if you would like to send two gifts to two different addresses.
3. Personalised Items
If you are purchasing a personalised item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to personalise your item.
4. Insurance
All packages will be shipped uninsured and our liability ends upon acceptance of the package by the post office or third-party courier service. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
5. Pre-orders
We will indicate in the product description when your pre-ordered items are likely to arrive. If your order contains both pre-ordered and readily available items, it will only be shipped once all your items have arrived. If you wish to receive the readily available items first, please cart the items out in two separate orders.
