If your order contains a pre-order, your order will only be shipped out when all items in your order are available. If you wish to receive ready stock first, we recommend that you put through two separate orders. We recommend that you do not order pre-ordered items from the Disney Zootopia collection if you intend to receive them before the movie release.
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All return products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with the packaging intact.
