A note for our young patch designers: Your tee is one of a kind - just like you! Picking at the patches or digging them out might damage the fabric or the patch. Let’s keep them proudly in place so your story stays just the way you designed it!

Care and Composition
Material: 95% cotton, 5% spandex.
- Hand wash or cold machine wash recommended.
- Place inside a mesh laundry bag before machine washing.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Do not bleach, soak or dry clean.
- Do not use organic or plant-based detergent.
- Wring very dry immediately after washing.
Based on our experience, certain organic or plant-based detergents may cause colour runs on printed fabrics, particularly darker colours. We recommend using regular household detergent and following the care instructions above.
Important Care for Personalised Tees
Your patches are professionally applied using heat. Heat can also loosen or remove them.
- Cold wash only. Do not wash in hot water.
- Never iron directly over a patch, even from the reverse side.
- If ironing is required, place a cloth over the patch and use low heat.
- Do not tumble dry on high heat.
- Place the tee inside a mesh laundry bag before machine washing.
- Avoid picking or pulling at the patches.

By ordering our personalisation service, you agree and acknowledge that while we will endeavour to follow the instructions and angles on the preview, there will be some differences between the preview and the final outcome. All personalisation sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

No. Only selected styles include complimentary personalisation.
The personalisation options available for each tee, such as iron-on patches or vinyls, will be clearly indicated on the individual product page before you add it to your cart.
Your customised tee will arrive with the patches or vinyls already ironed on by our team, so it's ready to wear straight out of the box.
Like all iron-on patches, repeated washing and everyday wear may cause the edges to lift over time. If this happens, simply place a pressing cloth over the patch and apply a hot iron for 10 - 15 seconds to reinforce the adhesive. For extra durability, you may also stitch around the edge of the patch, especially if the tee will be worn and washed frequently.
Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for personalised orders to be prepared before dispatch. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, they will be shipped together once your personalised tee is ready.
We intend to start offering Live Customisation Service in the middle of July from Thursdays to Sundays 12 - 7 pm. We will announce on social media once it starts.
In the meantime, you can place your order online and collect it in-store! It will take 2 working days to customise and be sent to the store.

Your patches are professionally ironed onto your tee by our team before they're shipped, so they're ready to wear straight away.
Like all iron-on patches, frequent washing and everyday wear may gradually loosen the edges over time. For extra durability, especially on children's clothing, we recommend reinforcing each patch with a few simple stitches around the edge, either by hand or with a sewing machine.
If a patch does come loose, simply reposition it, cover it with a pressing cloth and iron it on again. You can also add a few stitches for additional security. If you need any assistance, we're always happy to help.
