Billy Shorts - Pastel Blue
Our Billy shorts in Pastel Blue are designed to match our colourful printed shirts throughout the year for any occasion. These shorts have a full elastic waist with no zipper so it's easy to pull up and down. It'll be great if your child is toilet training or learning how to dress themselves!
