I selected Self Pickup but can’t collect it. What now?

If you are not able to collect it, do get in touch if you would like us to send it via courier. You have up to 6 months to collect your order. We reserve the right to dispose of uncollected items after 6 months.

Will out-of-stock products be restocked?

Some items will be restocked regularly. Please sign up for restock notifications on the product page to receive an immediate email when the item comes back in stock.

If your transaction failed but your card was charged, it’s likely a bank authorisation hold. This amount is usually reversed by your bank within 2–3 business days. If you don’t see a refund after that, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

Do your clothes shrink?

We pre-wash our fabrics to minimise shrinkage. However, natural fabrics such as cotton may still shrink slightly after the first wash. Always follow our wash care instructions for best results.

What’s the difference between a muslin swaddle and a muslin blanket?

Muslin swaddles are lightweight and breathable. Made from 2 layers of muslin, they are ideal for newborns, swaddling, or use as nursing covers and stroller blankets.Muslin blankets are thicker, made from 4 layers of muslin. They are perfect for naps, cooler environments, or older babies and toddlers.

Should I choose bamboo muslin or cotton muslin?

Bamboo muslin is ultra-soft, cool to the touch, breathable, and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. It is great for humid climates.Cotton muslin is slightly more structured and durable with a cosy feel. It gets softer with every wash.Both are safe and versatile.

Are your swimsuits padded?

Our swimsuits and rash suits for ages 10Y, 12Y, and 14Y come with removable padding for added coverage and comfort. Swimwear for younger ages is unpadded.

Do you have padded bralettes?

Yes, we offer lightly padded bralettes for tweens who prefer more coverage. They’re designed with growing girls in mind.

How should I wash my elly clothing?

Machine wash cold or 30°C with similar colours.Use mild detergent. Avoid organic detergent.Do not bleach, dry clean or soak. Wring very dry.Iron on reverse on low heat (for textured details or personalised vinyl prints).

What are elly bamboo pillows made of?

Our pillow case and inner fabric are made with 95% bamboo and 5% spandex, and filled with soft polyester fibre.

Are they safe for babies?

Yes, our bamboo pillows are safe and made with baby-friendly materials.However, we do not recommend placing any pillows in a crib for babies under 1 year old without supervision. This is in line with safe sleep guidelines, as pillows can pose a suffocation risk if a baby accidentally presses their face against it during sleep.

Are the pillow cases removable?

Yes, our pillow cases are removable and are machine-washable.

How to wash and care for bamboo pillows

Remove the washable cover from pillow to wash.Best to gentle handwash, or machine wash with cold water (place in a mesh garment bag for added care).Wash with similar colours.Do not soak, bleach, iron, dry clean or use organic detergent.

Yes, it’s normal for shedding to occur in new toys. It will reduce with time.

How do I care for my Jellycat?

How do I clean my kids’ shoes?

Wipe leather shoes with a damp cloth and dry in shade.Salt-Water Sandals and Native shoes can be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent, then wiped and air-dried flat in a cool area.Some Pediped shoes are machine-washable - remove insoles before washing.Always refer to your shoe box for specific care instructions.
