Our Gift Wrapping Service

1. How do I add Gift Wrapping to my Online Order?

Our Gift Wrapping option is an "add-on" for all our products. 

You can add more than one product to each gift wrap. Just allocate the products into Gift A and Gift B accordingly. 

You can edit the information at Checkout. 

You will now see the gift wrapping service and gift message added to your cart.

2. Can I choose the type and size of gift wrap?

Due to the size limits of the boxes we have, we will select the wrapping method which best suits your purchase! This means that it could either be gift wrapped or in a gift box. Not to worry, no matter the wrapping, we'll make sure it is beautifully packaged before sending it out!

3. How many items can I add in one gift box?

As many as you like! You need to assign your items to each gift box.

4. How many items can I gift wrapping separately in one order?

You can add four different gifts in one order! Just remember to assign each item to each gift wrap with their own separate gift message.

If you need to gift wrap more items, please just drop us an email and we'll be happy to assist! 

5. Can I send two gifts in one order to different addresses?

You will have to create different orders if you would like to send a gift to a different address, in order to key in their respective shipping addresses. For example, if you would like to send 3 gifts to 3 different addresses, kindly make 3 orders.

6. Can I return a sale item bought as a gift?

Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Please note that if you are buying a sale item as a gift, the recipient will not be permitted to exchange the item.

7. Can the recipient exchange the gift?

All full-priced items which are not washed and with hangtags still on can be exchanged by the recipient within 30 days. They will need to quote your order number or provide your name and phone number used in the order.

8. Can I send a gift on a specific date?

Please contact us before you put through your order so we can check whether the courier is available.

You will have to pick Express Courier as the shipping method, as it is the only method that allows us to specify a delivery date. 

The courier may not deliver on certain days such as Christmas or New Year's Day so we will have to check before we can confirm your order. 

9. Do you offer personalised gift boxes?

Yes we do! Head over to our collection of Keepsake Gift Boxes for baby showers, full-month or 100-day parties. Keepsake boxes make such a special baby shower gift because each box is personalised with baby's name. You can add on icons under our customisation options to decorate the box. Each hand-painted box is in collaboration with The Workroom.

Do note that these boxes are only offered for orders in Singapore and online. Each box takes up to 5 working days. We are unable to offer this service on the spot in-store as the artist needs time to carry out the personalisation process.

10. How long does it take to send a personalised gift?

Personalisation takes between 3 to 5 working days, excluding shipping arrangements. This may increase during peak periods. If you need it urgently, please contact us at 96281037 (office) or 96280338 (store) before putting through your order.
