Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to bring our brand to life through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and impactful storytelling. You’ll play a key role in planning and conceptualising our marketing strategy, and preparing for the launch of new collections across platforms and retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily and monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Conceptualise and create engaging visual content (photos, videos, GIFs, flatlays) tailored for social media.
- Craft compelling copy for social posts that aligns with our brand voice.
- Monitor social media activity, including comments and messages, and respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Track and report on social media and content performance; suggest improvements based on insights.
- Write blog posts or design homepage banners to support marketing campaigns.
Campaigns & Brand Collaborations
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify potential brand ambassadors or collaborators, proposing creative angles for partnerships.
- Manage communications with brand ambassadors and influencers, tracking collaboration deliverables.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store activations, pop-ups, and retail marketing initiatives.
Marketing Communications
- Design and produce marketing collaterals such as digital banners, posters, EDMs, and event materials.
- Prepare email marketing campaigns (EDMs) with strong visuals and copy.
- Plan and execute marketing events, pop-ups, and store activations.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve brand storytelling, marketing strategies, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends to help refine marketing activities.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Research new products and learn their features to effectively communicate their benefits across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Passionate about content creation, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in at least one photo, video, or design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic art direction or graphic design knowledge is a plus.
- Photography skills are an added advantage.

Personalisation & Customisation Specialist
Do you love crafting meaningful, personalised items? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on team member to join us in bringing customised creations to life - from soft toys and baby products to apparel and accessories.
Role Overview:
As our Part-Time Personalisation & Customisation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for customising a variety of products using embroidery, heat transfer, and patch application techniques. Whether it’s a child’s name on a plush toy or a special design on a tee, you’ll play a key role in making every piece feel personal and unique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate embroidery machines to customise names and designs on a range of products
- Apply heat transfer vinyl (HTV) designs using heat press equipment
- Affix fabric or embroidered patches securely and neatly to garments or accessories
- Inspect every customised item for accuracy, quality, and finishing before packing
- Troubleshoot basic machine or material issues (e.g. thread tension, HTV alignment, heat settings)
- Coordinate with the team to assess timelines and feasibility for new customisation requests
Requirements:
- Prior experience with embroidery or sewing machines preferred
- Familiarity with heat press equipment and vinyl/patch application is a strong advantage
- Highly attentive to detail with a strong sense of quality control
- Able to work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Comfortable with hands-on work and maintaining neat finishes (e.g. trimming threads, aligning designs)

Retail Advisor (Part-Time Weekends)
As a Retail Advisor at our store, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for families. We’re looking for someone who loves working with both parents and kids, and who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations
- Engage children positively to create a fun shopping experience
- Follow up on customer enquiries or special requests to build lasting relationships
Maintain a Clean, Organised, and Inviting Store
- Keep the selling floor tidy and welcoming throughout the day
- Replenish merchandise efficiently and return misplaced items promptly
- Wipe down shelves and maintain a hygienic play and display space
Manage Stock and Visual Merchandising
- Organise and tidy up stock in the backroom
- Process incoming inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Support the team in arranging attractive product displays
Support Sales Operations
- Wrap and pack purchases with care, especially gifts
- Handle cashiering duties accurately and responsibly
- Assist with ordering and receiving new stock
KPIs include:
- Customer Service Excellence
- Customer compliments / positive mentions
- Achievement of daily and monthly sales targets
- Demonstrates strong product knowledge, especially for shoe sizing and toy recommendations
- Smooth overall store maintenance and operation
- Selling floor tidy checks: 100% completion at mid- and end-of-shift
- Display maintenance: All items in place during visual walk-throughs
- Accurate stock processing
- Backroom organisation
- Cash register accuracy
- Shift handovers: Clear and complete notes or verbal updates to next team member
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Must have initiative and be enthusiastic, patient and courteous
- Minimum commitment: Two days a week, of which one day must be a weekend. Must be available to work on public holidays.
Weekend pay: S$12/ h
