Supermodel Fleurette loves nothing more than strutting down Champs-Élysées arm-in-arm with fellow fashionista (and flatmate) Amuseables Boiled Egg Chic – not without a statement hat, of course. Letty Jellyfish once swam across the channel just to see Fleurette model a jellyfish-inspired beret. It was très magnifique!

How to measure your Jellycat
On each individual product page you will find dimensions which will provide you with the height, width and length of a product, always in that order.
Height - For many Jellycats, including our most loved Bashful Bunny, the height is measured from the top of the head to the back of the heel.
Width - The widest part of the product from the back view.
Length - The widest part of the product when seen from a side view.
We also provide information on the Sitting Height of each Jellycat, that is, the height of the product sitting on a surface.
Ears and tails will not be included in the measurement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Jellycat toys have variations in their features, which makes each of them special. No two Jellycats will look identical. You can expect there to be variations in their faces, the angles of their faces, their fur and their eyes. We are unable to control these variations of their face or how stuffed they are to determine beforehand how they will look.

Not all Jellycats are suitable for babies. If you’re shopping online, please check the age recommendation in the individual product description before purchase. If you’re at our store, please check the hang tags / product labels of any Jellycat item before purchasing them for a baby.
Sometimes, when Jellycat toys first get delivered to us, some have excess fur from production still on them. We recommend giving them a good shake to let the excess fur fall off first before passing them to your child to play with.
Unless otherwise stated on the sew-in label, a very light surface wash of all Jellycat toys is recommended with soap and rinsed with cool water. Then for the fur to be dried with a hair dryer with little or no heat.
Some soothers and comforters are suitable for a cool machine wash - please check the sew-in label.

We are not provided with Jellycat dustbags.
In the event Jellycat sends us a toy in a dustbag, which they sometimes do for certain sizes of Jellycats, we will ship your Jellycat out together in the dustbag it came in.
From 1 September, we are no longer permitted to personalise Jellycats.
