Yes. It is a regular fit, so choose baby's usual size. To double-check, lay a romper that fits well flat, measure across the chest and from shoulder to crotch, and compare it with the chart. If baby is between sizes, size up for growing room.

Yes. The cotton jersey has a little stretch, so baby can crawl, kick and nap in it, and the crotch snaps mean you can change a diaper without taking the whole romper off.
