Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase at The Elly Store with your receipt. Items must have tags on, must not have been opened, used, worn or washed. Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Exchange for another item or opt for store credits which have to be utilised within 3 months at our retail store at Cluny Court. Store credits cannot be used online or at our stockists.
We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements. Read more here.
Shipping Options:
(1) Store Pickup – This product is usually ready for pickup within 2 working days after purchase. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection in-store. Orders will be kept in store for 30 days.
(2) Standard Courier – This product should reach you within 3 working days after purchase.
(3) Express Courier – This product should reach you within 1 working day after purchase.
